Having trained at the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health & Culinary Arts and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, my focus is on creating nutritious, mouthwatering, (mostly) plant-based meals for my clients and their families. The recipes, tips, and stories I share aim to inspire your personal health and wellness revolution—and help you put real, good food back on the table.
- Healthy food doesn’t have to be bland, boring, or brown. Experiment with fresh produce, vibrant greens, and lots of herbs and spices.
- A good-quality olive oil makes all the difference. Look for varieties that are “organic” and “first cold pressed.”
