I believe that “food changes everything.” It’s what gives us the energy and strength to experience our limitless potential. As a personal chef and nutrition coach, it’s my mission to help busy people fuel their lives one delicious bite at a time.

Having trained at the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health & Culinary Arts and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, my focus is on creating nutritious, mouthwatering, (mostly) plant-based meals for my clients and their families. The recipes, tips, and stories I share aim to inspire your personal health and wellness revolution—and help you put real, good food back on the table.

  1. Healthy food doesn’t have to be bland, boring, or brown. Experiment with fresh produce, vibrant greens, and lots of herbs and spices.
  2. A good-quality olive oil makes all the difference. Look for varieties that are “organic” and “first cold pressed.”
  3. Eat in accordance with the seasons—Mother Nature knows best!
