When I exercise, I feel like I've come home. I land in my body each and every time, and reconnect with myself. This realization came after I graduated from high school and has stuck with me, grown in various ways, and guided me both personally and professionally.

My biggest desires in my work are to share this relationship—which is available to all of us—with my clients, who are seeking a deeper and more positive connection with their bodies and fitness. I believe the possibility is always there, although slightly different for each of us, and once acknowledged we can create the changes in our health and wellness practices that will carry us through our lifetimes.

  1. Listen to what your body is truly asking.
  2. You'll never regret moving your body. Take every opportunity you can to move.
  3. Search for the joy in your movement choices, and let go of the ones that don't feel good.
