Neck Circles


  1. Start in a comfortable cross legged seat with hands on knees and head aligned atop spine.
  2. Circle the head by tilting to the right, looking down to the front, tilting left, and then looking up to the back.
  3. Take 5 circles in this direction and then reverse for five circles.
  4. Breath naturally.
  5. Challenge yourself to make your circles as smooth as possible. Acknowledge if you have a preference circling one way or the other.
