Everyone experiences inflammation at some point, usually only lasting a couple of days to a week. This is our body’s way of protecting and healing itself. Inflammation is only problematic when it persists over a long period of time. This type of inflammation— referred to as chronic inflammation—potentially leads to pain, disease, and premature aging.
Ridding ourselves of inflammation involves two things—increased circulation and rest. Our Inflammation Relief Workout addresses both chronic and short-term inflammation.
