Ingredients

  • 2 packed cups chopped kale leaves
  • ½ avocado
  • ½ cup peeled and chopped cucumber
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ peeled banana
  • 1 serving organic, unflavored pea protein powder (follow serving size listed on label)
  • 1 teaspoon spirulina powder
  • 2 cups fresh green juice (made only with greens), plus more if needed

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender. Blend on high until smooth. If you prefer a thinner consistency, add another ½ cup of liquid, and blend again.
  2. Pour into a 1-quart Mason jar or two 16 ounce cups.
