But with fall comes the time to sift through all the rich sensory experiences of the harvest season and let them help us clarify, refine, and reset our goals.
One of my favorite rituals during this time of year is to get my circulation flowing, especially my lymph circulation, in order to prep my immune system for the colder months ahead. One way I achieve this is by creating my own skin-nourishing body scrub.
This detoxifying salt scrub does more than just soften and soothe the skin; it works to cleanse and purify the body, mind, and spirit! Feel physically and emotionally revived—R-E-S-E-T yourself!
Reset Yourself Body Scrub
8 ounces pink Himalayan salt (fine)
2 ounces Jojoba oil (organic)
2 ounces Argan oil (organic)
15 drops Juniper Berry essential oil (Juniperus communis)
5 drops Cypress essential oil (Cupressus sempervirens)
5 drops Grapefruit essential oil (Citrus paradisii)
5 drops Geranium essential oil (Pelargonium graveolens)
1. Add the oils, one by one, to the pink Himalayan salt.
2. Stir ingredients until blended well, and place in an airtight jar to store.
3. While showering or bathing, use the salts to scrub the body (see Yoffie Wisdom).

In the shower or tub, apply salt scrub to clean, wet skin. Use a small handful to gently scrub legs, buttocks, and arms in circular motions, moving toward your heart, and then rinse off. Pat skin dry. Keep the jar in the shower/bath and use every few days.
