My doctorate in physical therapy from Stony Brook University enables me to apply my unique brand of therapeutic movement to the rehab setting. I believe that learning how to eliminate compensations through appropriate muscle engagement allows those in pain to live a pain-free life. Healing truly occurs when a patient both understands their own body and applies that understanding to their daily activities. My greatest joy is the look on a patient’s face when they tell me they are pain-free for the first time in months. These successes fuel my passion to teach you how your body works, and set you free to enjoy your life!

  2. To address pain and discomfort, consider lifestyle changes such as conditioning your whole body in addition to focusing on specific muscular weaknesses.
  3. If pain persists, seek the help of a physical therapist to review your movement patterns and identify weaknesses and imbalances.
